3/25/20 UPDATE: Registration for the 2020 Summer Rec Program will no longer be available on 3/28/20 as originally planned. At this time, we have not confirmed a new date but will update our site regularly with information to keep your families posted.

Open Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 6:00PM!
Drop Off: 6:30AM - 8:30AM
Pick Up: 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Hermon Residents
$125 flat rate per week (includes weekly trip/event)
A $25 non-refundable deposit required for each registered week at the time of registration.

$135 flat rate per week (includes weekly trip/event)
$35 non-refundable deposit required for each registered week at the time of registration.

Auto-Pay Option Available - no deposit required! With Auto-Pay, your credit/debit card will be billed every Monday starting the first week your child attends camp until your balance is paid off. 

2019/20 B&A Members will receive:
Early Access to 2020 Summer Enrollment
Discounted Summer Membership Fee

Why Choose Hermon Rec?
We strive to meet each child’s needs in our program starting with a carefully designed schedule of daily enrichment, physical and recreational programming. The daily activities offered in the past have included arts, crafts, games, music, yoga, dancing and sports. Children who do not participate in a scheduled activity will be given alternate choices whenever possible! Weekly learning opportunities and experiences are an added bonus to our program: STEM activities, summer reading program and a community service project will be introduced to our program during 2020!

Registration will remain open until all open slots are filled or until May 31, 2020.
When program is full, a wait list will be available for both residents & non-residents. Should space become available, we will notify our waitlisted registrations in the order they were received.

What your child needs each day:
Refillable water bottle
AM & PM snack
Lunch - Refrigerator & microwaves on site
Sneakers or rubber soled, closed toed shoes
Sunblock - Please apply before drop off, we'll reapply throughout the day
Swimwear & towel required to participate in all water activities
An extra change of clothes in a ziplock bag - accidents happen no matter how old!


  • All cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the start date of the week being cancelled.
  • Cancellations must be done online with the cancellation link (below).
  • Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Any refunds or credits will be minus the $25 Non-Refundable Deposit.
  • If registered with AutoPay, your credit/debit card will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for each week cancelled.
  • Refunds will only be given to families that adhere to our cancellation policy and have an account without any past due balances. All refunds will be minus the non-refundable deposit.

Program Deposits & Fees
A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at registration for each week you have selected.
This deposit will come off the weekly fee.

Payments are due on Friday's before each registered week. If your payment is not received on the due date, your account will be charged an additional $10 late fee.
