One time $15.00 membership fee per child
Weekly rate of $125 per registered week



"How do I sign my child up for the Summer Rec Program?"

(Step 1 of 2) Purchase your child's Summer Membership:
STEP 1 MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU CAN SELECT YOUR CAMP & WEEKS! Your receipt will include a membership code that will allow you to move on to step 2 and complete the registration process.

$15 Membership Fee Includes
- Access to the summer registration
- Field Trip T Shirt (needed for the weekly field trip or special event)
- Membership card used for signing in/out of the program each day
- Discounted registration for all

(Step 2 of 2) Summer Registration: 
To complete the registration process and secure your child's spot, you must COMPLETE STEP 1.  At the bottom of this page, select the camp your child will attend based on the grade he/she will be entering in the fall.  

From there you'll select the weeks your child will attend, answer the required registration questions and check out!  See below for deposit information & payment options.  PARENTS OF 3RD GRADER'S ONLY:  YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF EITHER LOCATION.  


A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at registration for each week you have selected.

This deposit will come off the weekly fee.

Remaining Balance Each week   $100

Payments are due on Friday's before each registered week. If your payment is not received on the due date, your account will be charged an additional $10 late fee.

AUTO-PAY OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON!
No deposit necessary when you sign up for AutoPay.

AutoPay allows you to make automatic weekly payments over the course of the summer towards your total bill. Your credit/debit card will be billed every Sunday starting the first week your child attends camp until your balance is paid off.

Why Choose Hermon Rec?
We strive to meet each child’s need through a carefully designed schedule of physical activity, enrichment and recreational programs. The daily activities offered in the past have included arts, crafts, games, music, yoga, dancing and sports. Children who do not participate in a scheduled activity will be given alternate choices whenever possible! Weekly learning opportunities and experiences are an added bonus to our program: STEM activities, summer reading program and a community service project will be introduced to our program this year.

What your child needs each day:
Refillable water bottle
AM & PM snack
Lunch - Refrigerators & microwaves on site
Sneakers or rubber soled, closed toed shoes
Sunblock - Please apply before drop off, we'll reapply throughout the day
Swimwear & towel required to participate in all water activities
An extra change of clothes in a ziplock bag - accidents happen no matter how old!

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE!
Registration will remain open until June 1 or until all open slots are filled.
When program is full, a wait list will be available. Should space become available, we will fill the slot by contacting our wait list based on their request in the order they were received.

Cancellations
  • All cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the start date of the week being cancelled.
  • Cancellations must be done online with the cancellation link (below).
  • Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Any refunds or credits will be minus the $25 Non-Refundable Deposit.
  • If registered with AutoPay, your credit/debit card will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for each week cancelled.
  • Refunds will only be given to families that adhere to our cancellation policy and have an account without any past due balances. All refunds will be minus the non-refundable deposit.
